About CAF Champions League

CAF Champions League is an annual continental club football competition run by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The winners of all CAF-affiliated national leagues, as well as the holder of the competition from the previous season, and the runner-up of the league of the 12 highest-ranked countries also entered the tournament. The qualification consists of 52 teams and the first round consists of 30 teams. The 15 teams that win the first round advance to the group stage, and the teams knocked out of the first round are entered into the Confederation Cup to play against the final 16 teams in that competition.The group stage will be divided into 4 Group, with each tie (including the final) played over two legs – home and away.
